PROJECT MANAGER
Management of assigned construction projects
Ensure scheduled completion of the projects within established budget, time and quality standards
Planning and preparing all contract administration, monitoring field installation process and executing, directing and coaching field personnel
Developing or maintaining client relationships
Perform in various leadership capacities and managerial duties as determined by the President
ESTIMATOR
Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.
Procures and evaluates bids and pricing from subcontractors and material suppliers.
Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
Develops bids for construction projects.​
Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
Navigates and understands building & safety codes.
Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
Monitors construction processes.
